Tried registering an account with “Smart World Money Transfer” and they blocked my account the moment I confirmed my email. No real reason could be given (or they couldn’t disclose). Hate to say it, but this company sides with bad government banking policies and big tech to censor/blacklist private individuals. Could be discrimination against conservatives or bad compliance training b/c I am not a criminal nor do I have any criminal investigations. Just an American realizing this is no longer the LAND OF THE FREE.
Only one thing can be said about this place. SCAM Artist.
Canceled my transaction and closed my account without telling me the reason behind it. All I got from the CS was It was done by the compliance department and everything is confidential. The biggest scammers in The U.S.A.
Final update: I will not be using this service again. Refund posted 6/27/2021, after several calls. Emails and at least 3 reviews. Also, I DID NOT SEND my bank statement. No one should. Wish I could give 0 star. This company is holding onto my refund and asking for my bank statement. Why would you need my bank statement to return money you OWE me?
