This is a wonderful place with wonderful people. I was cleared for surgery at the last minute and needed a knee scooter. It was 4:55, they closed at 5, and I was 30 minutes away. Sherry was so kind. She stayed there and waited for me so I could pick up the scooter before my surgery. We have used Choice for other DME needs, and they have always been very helpful, very professional, and very kind. I am a 100% satisfied customer.
Terrible customer service. No communication with customer. Slow supply delivery. Last month I waited for 4 weeks for supplies and finally switched to a company that treats customers well.
Very experienced with explaining how insurance works with my coverage . Choice medical has been wonderful, providing the necessary supplies that I have needed. Personal are friendly and caring.
