Always helpful with getting all our supplies when needed
They never answer the phone.
This company should not be in business. My husband has tried since first of Feb. to get a CPap machine from them. Every interaction with any of them has been like he was bothering them and they immediately had an attitude. None of them give the same answers. His insurance company even contacted them with my husband on the line. They were even rude and unhelpful to the insurance company. Do not go to Choice Medical Supply for a CPAP. My experience with Choice Medical Supply couldn’t have been worse. I was told by my PA and the nurse who did the sleep study that I would get a call from the medical supply company for a mask fitting. When I got a call from the Choice Medical Supply office in Abilene, I was told a CPAP machine was being sent to me. Never again will I set foot in that store. I've been there twice and each time it's the same. It's as if you're bothering them the minute you walk in the store. You barley get a "hello" and everyone is up to their eyeballs in paperwork with their eyes glued to their computers. When you do get help it's like you have asked them to give you their last breath. I walked out in frustration and I'm sure my blood pressure was higher. FOLKS, things don't have to be so hard! I'm outta here!!!
