They never answer the phone.
This company should not be in business. My husband has tried since first of Feb. to get a CPap machine from them. Every interaction with any of them has been like he was bothering them and they immediately had an attitude. None of them give the same answers. His insurance company even contacted them with my husband on the line. They were even rude and unhelpful to the insurance company.
