I called around to various Medical Supply places and this one was clearly the friendliest and most helpful of the ones I spoke to. Aurora waited on me when I arrived and was kind, friendly, and helpful. The whole experience went smoothly and I would highly recommend them.
Aurora really went above and beyond for me today. She spent extra time and energy to get everything through insurance for my ankle boot in just a few hours. She was so kind and personable. Y’all have quite a gem in Aurora!
Went to buy a knee brace and the lady that worked there came outside to me to be fitted for a brace. She was very nice and helpful to my husband. She went out of her way to help.
First time ever we used them. We got a walking boot for my sister and I would say I highly would recommend choice medical supply over Hendricks medical supply. Choice medical is very nice gets you in and out in a timely manner.
