Poor representative of the RT department S, is constantly either ignorant or IMO, is juvenile passive aggressive each time he is called for assistance. Gives wrong information, even denying long term customers are customers, goes on absurd rabbit trails in order to divert or cover his ignorance. Totally rude and needs to quit

I had to get a CPAP for the first time, I was so nervous. But luckily Sid was so amazing! He was super nice, gave so much info and just made me feel more comfortable about it. Definitely recommend them!
