Andrea was very rude x2 when we stopped by to pick up supplies. She seemed bothered that we didn't call ahead and lacked compassion. They say they don't have the sleep study but can't give details for who, where or when they have contacted anyone to obtain it. I had it refaxed on Monday by doctor's office. We stopped by today and Andrea was just as bothered, if not more frustrated than the first time. Great experience here. Cid helped gave a great detailed explanation on my Cpap machine and was very friendly. Definitely recommend this place.
