The person answered the phone told me they are in bankruptcy and no longer in business and I have to get my supplies from other suppliers
Worst experience ever! Staff and management are completely incompetent and rude! They make up they’re own rules regarding authorizations when my insurance clearly states NO AUTH REQUIRED! The manager COLIN is a joke & hangs up on you when you try to explain the situation! DO NOT COME HERE! He tries to get me to pay CASH for a device my insurance covers at 100%. I will definitely be reporting this office to any and ALL who can help get them to change they’re ways!
Worst customer service we have to follow up number of times to get supplies delivered at home. They never deliver the items on time.
