There is no customer service here. I am trying to pay a bill and can’t get anyone to pick up the phone!! I have called and left about 20 messages in past four days with no return call or message. I’m done

I received a call from Choice Medical wanting me to get my cpap supplies from them. I agreed & gave them all my info on the machine I have. I later received a message with a list of the items they had sent to me. That was 3 weeks ago. They gave me a tracking number for the package and that shows it has been sitting in Forest Park Illinois since 4/8 & it's now 4/23. I also received 2 separate medical release forms from them to sign & send back. I signed them and sent them back in the stamped self addressed envelopes they sent... read more
By answering phones when you call, they always say they are busy answering other calls. They have employees in different parts of the country answering phones depending on where you phone number comes up as. I even tried to e-mail the address on my invoice and I can not get them, so I thought I would try Facebook. I know I can not reach them through that but at least someone would see my problem,
