Apparently you can’t get fill out paper work at the appointment. And they message you and call you like you owe them homework and then they hound you to confirm the appointment. Other offices don’t do that and even if you don’t confirm the appointment the other offices let you keep your appointment and still come in. Thanks for giving a Veteran with PTSD unnecessary stress.
This review is for the office in Brandon. The office is incompetent, rude and just doesn't care or have any king of compassion. Because your office messed up on my updated req's I was unable to fulfill my order with Trulieve today. I have been out of my meds for a week now and even paid you $143 to renew my script with Dr. Casper almost 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, today is Easter Sunday and nobody is at the office.
