What a magnificent builder!!!! We not only had him build our homestead property but had him add on to our dining room a few years later. His price was right as compared to a few other quotes!!! The workmanship is just as amazing as it was when he constructed our original homes in 2021/22. I loved all his tradesmen, the quality of his work, and his moving right along attitude. The team at Choice Management is excellent, friendly, efficient, and talented. Building a home is stressful, and they work through it with you, guiding you on the decisions you'll need to make, and help you adjust when something goes different than planned. They partner with good businesses that offer everything you never knew you needed to pick out for your home. I have a 100+ year old house that I had Choice Management replace all of the windows, doors, moved a door for me from the house into the garage, and did a bunch of other miscellaneous work inside the house. Great service, worked quickly, fair pricing. My house is much warmer/cooler/more energy efficient with all of the updating and much more reasonable utility bills now!

They built my Moms house. For the house being less than 2 years old I can't believe the issues they have had. She has cracks in her ceiling, 2 pane windows with mold growing in them and a leaking roof. They did not get to pick out anything in the house, the builder did. I do not recommend if you want a quality built house.
