This place is unprofessional! We booked them over a month in advance and provided all requested information on timing and locations. I contacted them two days before the event to provide payment, and they gave our reservation to someone else and blamed us for not calling with our credit card number. We were never asked to call with a card number, only to provide times and addresses. All they had to do was follow up with an email or call to me (they had my cell number in every email exchange), instead they gave away the reser... read more
Everything went as expected and as promised. Limo was clean driver was punctual and our event went off without a hitch. I don't need limos that often but if I ever need one again it would be through Choice Limo.
Thank you again for arranging our transportation for our night out. We had a wonderful day, and the driver was excellent! We were extremely impressed with the quality of the limo, and were so happy everything came together so well. I would be happy to recommend your company to any of my friends and family.
