The team arrived right on time and did a thorough inspection of our wet carpets. They used special tools to find where the water had spread, even checking the walls and cabinets. After that, they cleaned the carpets very well and used the right treatments to bring back the carpet’s shine and get rid of all the water. I can’t say enough good things about Choice Lawrence Carpet Care. We’ve had our carpets cleaned each year, but the other companies we used before would finish up really fast and didn’t spend much time on the job. This time, Luis came out and really took his time—he spent several hours making sure every area was spotless, especially working hard to remove pet odors, doing a deep steam clean, and taking care of all the details. I had my carpets cleaned in two rooms, along with the seats of my bar stools. Javier arrived right on time and did a quick walk-through, paying special attention to stains and areas with a lot of foot traffic. He spot treated those places before starting the full carpet cleaning.
