I was able to get am MRI here promptly and it was a good experience overall. I paid for it out of my HSA (did not use insurance) and it was $450. The staff is very pleasant and professional and there was plenty of parking (which is not always the case on W Dupont Rd!). The only reasons I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is: that I had to wait about 30 mins past the appt time; AND that the Radiologist didnt review the results for more than 10 days after the MRI, meaning the results were not available for the doctor when I came ... read more
DO NOT USE! 2 WEEKS SCANS HAVE STILL NOT BEEN READ! RUDE EMPLOYEE COULD CARE LESS AND HUNG UP ON ME! GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! I WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGE IF I DO NOT GET MY RESULTS!
Started out good, staff was pleasant. Mri was completed and was told it would be 1-2 weeks to get comparison to original cat scan for cancer. When the report came back it was very vague on the findings so I called to get a disc of mri. I was told that it would be ready that day yet. I told them my NP would pick it up and gave them her name so she could get it. When she went in to get it it couldn't be found so she had to go back in a few days to get it. This place is very disorganized very bad customer service. I did a scan on march 3th still nonresults sent to my primary care doctor be careful with this place .
