Choice imagining provided a warm, friendly atmosphere for a person who isn't keen on going out for medical attention. They provided a service with a smile and calmly walked you through the process. One of my quickest medical visit and I would highly recommend this facility over many others in the local area of Fort Wayne.
Easy to make an appointment and quick to get in. Professional, friendly and caring staff. Prices are unbelievable compared to other places. I highly recommend this business.
