I built my property in Park Lane Estate and had a great experience with the builder. The build was completed very quickly with little to no issues along the way. I’m really impressed with the final look of the house and the overall quality. The home has only just been completed, and I’ve already seen great equity in the property. I would definitely recommend this builder.

Choice built my investment property in Brassall. Since it was completed less than 3 years ago there have been several problems: 1. Doors falling off kitchen cabinets 2. Plumbing problems 3. Faulty air conditioning 4. Dishwasher motor failure 5. Drawer fronts falling off kitchen drawers These are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

Emailed on 3/01/26 once we found that they had no installed installation in any of the walls that are external. They have completely ignore that they have not completed the work and could of simply emailed to resolve the matter.

Built our apartment complex, been dealing with water leakages, floor issues, drainage issues, you name it. Almost completely unresponsive to communication and remediation efforts. Don’t go near these guys.

Choice built a house for me north of Brisbane. Build was quick, but that's where the positive feedback ends. From first defect Insection to the 2nd was 8 weeks (when I was advised it should have been 2) I was the one constantly chasing up updates and the issues were basic building fundamentals that should have been addressed prior to the inspection. ..20 pages of defects including 1/2 missing splashback in the kitchen (which was on the plans), hole in the wall, gaps in finishes, doors hadn't been sanded down, paint on carpet... read more
