FRAUDULENT COMPANY Electric issue $4 part 2" PVC male adapter I bought to fix but they sent a Electrician Without any knowledge how to turn power off But he charged me $75 plus tax? Just To tell me he can't fix it. After choice, sent the electrician prior that never showed up billed me $75 over phone to have choice tell me he canceled service contract with choice. If you call 2 times on the same subject, you WILL get 2 completely different answers. I was given misinformation from them that caused them to deny me of over $800 for reimbursement for my pool pump (which is covered) and even though they know it’s their fault, they refuse to reimburse any of it. They have no service providers for pool/spa so definitely don’t waste your money on that. Their plumbers are either incompetent or just no call/no show you. If you have a breakdown of an appliance or system and want to wait 2 1/2 - 3 weeks for a contractor, then this is the company for you. If not.... STAY AWAY.

Choice home warranty company is a scam. The worst experience I have had with them. There was a leak in my garage near the water heater and so I requested a water heating tech to come inspect the water heater. He came after 4 days meanwhile water was leaking from the side of the water heater out off my garage. The tech from AJ Appliance-just looked at the water heater fir a minute and said”water tank cracked need replace”. I requested a repair of my inoperable garage door opener under my warranty coverage. The repair person came out and said the motor had quit working but that it was doubtful the warranty would pay as they almost always decline coverage of anything. Then, I received an email stating the coverage was declined due to a prior repair attempt, which there wasn't one. I filed a claim (Claim #: 1043918XX) for my upstairs A/C HEATING unit. Choice Warranty sent out a technician. The technician told me after examining the unit, that the compressor had failed due to old age and was not serviceable. I called Choice Warranty after it was sent to case manager, Tia Wilson who stated that it went to her department, even though she didn't have the report, nor any pictures of his report.
