RecommendedChoice has done a great job in keeping up with all of the rapidly-changing guidelines to keep our residents and staff safe and healthy in these uncertain times.
Understaffed which causes failure to respond when a resident asks for assistance. Chronic problem which cannot be fixed until budget is increased. Appalled by almost daily occurrences of standard of care not being met at North Raleigh facility.
