The worst customer care service, There is one woman there that is so rude!
I don't know where these remarks about rudeness are coming from, but I have NEVER had that experience in the yr I've been buying supplies there for my dad. The staff have been cheerful and accommodating.
Mike is a great guy. That being said,he should fire everyone else n start over because there is no customer service,even if you call. They are extremely rude as well as not cooperating with your insurance. Definitely go somewhere else.
I've had to deal with this place twice in the last few months and both times the person on the phone was extremely rude.
This is probably the worst customer service that I’ve ever had to deal with. If you need medical supplies in a timely manor or at all you would be better off ordering from somewhere else. I talk to same person every day to get my supplies. Everyday I get same story about my supplies for my cpap and was also told that they checked my insurance and would not cover a new machine.
