Terrible customer service, you walk in no one acknowledges you. Not to mention they need to instal more water fountain, there is only one in the whole gym. I should know what I was signing up for because the day I was signing up the gentleman who was assisting me picked up the phone and it was his boss, instead telling the boss that he was with a customer, he made me wait about 10 min while he was giving the boss the production of his day. It's obvious that this gym has been family owned for many years. Not only is it well maintained and clean, but it also has character. When I first walked in and saw the wall to wall murals of Italy and Tuscan villages I knew it would be my gym home! Super friendly staff as well.
