Returning after spending post pandemic years at Cedardale I found CF to offer everything we need and more at a more reasonable price.
Update from Mark Stacey; This review was posted during prior ownership. I still workout there under Choice Fitness, and I can tell you they do a great job. The bad conditions described below no longer exist. It's a little bit of a mixed bag with this facility. Nice equipment, good staff, friendly, helpful. Reasonably well maintained except for the men's shower room area. Maintenance has stopped there, including the steam room that has been broken for months.
