Literally have been calling for weeks for pay my bill.. and showed up and it’s literally empty!!! Phone number won’t go thru!!! Offer service.
I will never go back to choice eye center. I had the worst experience. I scheduled an eye exam and at the end of the appointment was asked to pay for a contact fitting as well. I was never asked if we were doing a fitting or if I needed a fitting. I made it very clear that I was there for an exam and not a fitting. I was not even aware that a fitting was happening then they asked me to pay for something that I didn’t ask for or was aware of that was happening. The 5 stars are well-deserved. Dr. Melton is very thorough, professional and compassionate. The entire office and the staff are amazing. Thank you for for providing such excellent care at the last minute for me.
