*** 1/8/26: I just read through a friends page...John Koziol's/Choice Dental Facebook page states that smoking, vaping and doing drugs voids all warranties. This is not what he told me. He told me the veneers are under a Lifetime warranty. This topic was never discussed further prior to the placement of my veneers. NEVER! Now he makes this statement on his page as though we had talked about this topic and we never had. I have to give a score of 1 star because there is no place indicator for no stars. Don't trust this man. He tries to pass off as a compassionate and empathetic Dentist. He doesn't keep his word. I went to John because of our friendship in High School. It was at least 25 years since I saw him. We had a long chat about my health and alot of medicine talk. I am on several doctor prescribed meds, he knew what I was on and how long. I explained that my original teeth were chipped and soft. I wanted to have a nice smile. He immedi... read more
