The whole carpet cleaning process, from scheduling and appointment reminders to the final walkthrough, was smooth, organized, and stress free. Cory was friendly, professional, and easy to talk with. cory did a great job with my carpet cleaning. He was recommended by friends, and i needed pet stains and odors treated in several carpeted areas. A lot of things i read online said not to expect much improvement with pet issues, but cory looked over the carpet carefully and gave honest, clear feedback about what kind of results were realistic. My mother has a collection of nearly 40 handmade area rugs in many sizes, gathered during trips to Turkey. Choice Davidson Carpet Cleaners did an excellent job with the rug cleaning, carefully measuring each one, taking clear photos, and organizing every rug in its own bag with the photo and dimensions attached.
