We've been using Choice Cut for about 5 years for maintenance and spring/fall clean ups. Always been happy with their work. Last year had decided to update some landscape plantings. It became a pretty big job. We had 3 companies come out to give us ideas and pricing. Mike, the a designer from Choice Cut came out and spent time explaining our different options for what my wife wanted. He gave us more options than the other companies and his price was competitive. billed for serviced never competed, overcharged against the contract, promised to seed where the 20 skid marks tore up the grass from the mower and never did.
I have been using Choice Cut for my basic landscaping needs for 3 years now-they always do a great job. This year I choose to make some major changes to the front of the yard. We added a new wall and plants, trees flowers etc. Paula came out and worked with me to draw out exactly what I wanted. The project started on Monday morning and was completed Tuesday morning. We were really pleased with Choice Cut and our landscape design. Everything looked great. When winter was approaching, we reached out to the company to ask what we needed to do to prep for winter. They said that we didn't need to do anything. We were very pleased to hear we had such low maintenance landscaping! When spring rolled around and 5 of our plants didn't grow back, we were disappointed, but knew that we had a year guarantee. This is when things got bad.
