I used to be a coach and athlete at Choice City CrossFit. I was lucky to be a part of that wonderful community, not only as a coach, but working out along side our athletes. Choice City Crossfit is challenging, inclusive and fun. Coach & owner Lauren programs quality, thoughtful WODs and the genuine community is my favorite part. This is a welcoming box, accepting of all fitness levels and all humans, which to me is the best part about it. Yay CCF!
Lauren is an amazing coach and has really done a great job of cultivating a fun, safe, and supportive community at Choice City Crossfit. She was super flexible with me and did an amazing job in supporting her athletes during the COVID pandemic. I got to drop in on a couple classes once they were cleared to open up and I will for sure drop in again the next time I'm in town. Amazing!
