Real unprofessional. I made an appointment twice on two separate occasions. They where a no show. Had me and family waiting all day. How are they stay in business.
Very unprofessional and did a horrible job on my carpets. Pretty much just wet vacuumed my carpets and wanted to chare me another $100 to use shampoo.
