Twice now I try to get my carpet cleaning by this company. Twice I was given a 3 hours window, twice I got my house ready and moved my furniture and waited hours for them to come. Both times I called after 2 hours to confirm the service was still scheduled because there was no reminder or confirmation. And each time they called me back to "reschedule" to another day.
