Twice now I try to get my carpet cleaning by this company. Twice I was given a 3 hours window, twice I got my house ready and moved my furniture and waited hours for them to come. Both times I called after 2 hours to confirm the service was still scheduled because there was no reminder or confirmation. And each time they called me back to "reschedule" to another day. i am really happy with how clean my carpets are after the service. communication was great from the start, and they arrived on time, even giving me a quick call about 10 minutes before arriving. the team got set up fast, and my carpets, which were very dirty, came out looking fresh and smelling great. the drying time took longer than what they said, but i understand my carpets needed extra cleaning because of how dirty they were. overall, i am very pleased with the results. i plan to get my carpets cleaned every 6 months now... read more
