Wish I had gone to UT Southwestern. The nursing staff could care less. You are just a number. I found out after it was too late that there was so much more available for my mom. Several times I pointed out errors that changed the treatment. What do those do that aren't in the field?
The staff is always warm and friendly.
The Nurses who perform the treatments blew three veins, didn’t know how to operate the blood pressure machine and were rude. I hated going in for treatment due to the way they treated you and lack of any sympathy. They even called and gave me the wrong time for my appointment. Luckily I didn’t listen or I would of missed my appointment.
They are very professional, polite, and proactive with my case. They are doing everything possible for me. I came into the office with stage 4 cancer and no hope. They turned it around gave me more time. I believe that I might make it after all. Thank you
Choice Cancer Care reorganized in February 2020 removing the experienced competent odncologist that had been treating me. The newly hired oncologist ignored my complaints of a 30 fold increase in my PSA. Now being treated at UT Southwestern, however cancer has spread. I would not recommend this facility.
