The carpet cleaning service did an excellent job. Dean was professional, thoughtful, and paid close attention to our specific needs. Our biggest concern was all the dog hair in the carpets, and he removed it very well. The cleaning also lifted several tough stains much more easily than we expected, and the high-traffic areas look much fresher now.
