Choice Builders built our home in New Harmony last year. We moved in in January 2026 and love our home and our area. While we did have some issues through the building process, I have to say that without Laura Leavitt and Mike Cruz, I might have thrown in the towel!! These two are awesome and continually sought ways to make the design/build process easier and better. Loved them both!!! They were totally worth it!

He is great ! I bought a new place and because I did not know everything about the house yet and cause it’s my first time buying one he took his time to show me how everything works in the house and even though he finished the laundry room a while ago he came back and helped with the furnace when it it stopped working. I also think pricing is great. Use this service !
