I would give less than 1 star if I could. I called regarding a coffee stain on an area rug. I was quoted one price on the phone and when the technician arrived, I was told that price was only for using water, despite the fact they knew about the stain. To use shampoo, there was a second tier and to "deep clean" for the stain, an even higher price. I ultimately paid 2.5 times the quoted price. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. Both the receptionist and the two carpet cleaning technicians, Maximus and Kyle, exhibited utmost professionalism and courtesy. The moment they stepped into my home, they immediately laid fabric on the floor to shield my floors from potential damage. i'm always amazed by the quality of work done. maximus, the technician from choice boston carpet care, is always professional, timely, and skilled. this company does a fantastic job of using wall protectors and is always careful while moving around furniture. they always leave my carpets in boston looking absolutely spotless.
