I compared a few carpet and upholstery cleaning companies online before booking, and after reading a lot of great feedback I decided to schedule service. From the first visit to the website and videos, I felt confident this was the right choice for my carpet cleaning needs. Kyle was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. He made the whole carpet and upholstery cleaning process simple and stress free. The service in my home was excellent. Stanley and Randall did a great job steam cleaning the carpets at my Boston home. They were friendly, helpful, efficient, and clearly knew a lot about carpet care, stain removal, and deep cleaning. My older carpet looked fresh, bright, and almost like new again after the service. I also appreciated that the owner from Choice Boston Carpet Care stopped by to introduce the team, which made the whole experience feel professional and personal. The visit was smooth from start to finish, and I would gladly use this carpet cleaning... read more
