Choice bathroom & kitchen supplies were great, I had previously visited other competitors but Choice's customer service and prices were unmatched. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Their customer service alone was enough to make me purchase what I needed from them. There pricing was competitive to other businesses I visited and that sealed the deal. The showroom had heaps on display and a wide range of products as well. I cant praise the team at Choice bathroom and kitchen enough.
Very disappointed to arrive at the store during the listed open hours to find it closed. We drove all the way from Altona, on Saturday and arrived at 11am with no one in attendance. There was no signage on the store or notes on their digital channels about being closed. Waste of time.
The staff have been so helpful and accommodating. They are all very friendly and helpful. Gave me a great deals and a free upgrade when my order wasn't in stock. Really appreciate all the support. Great service. Asked for a quote for vanity on the website for which Eline quoted me quickly and answered all my questions patiently. In the end we bought most of bathroom accessories from Choice through Eline. Quick to respond to, patient and helpful with all queries. Highly recommend.
Was recommended Choice by a friend and we got great service from Michael and better prices than the majors we looked at prior to Choice. Highly recommend and will be back for all future appliance needs!
