Mr. Wilson who runs the shop is a liar. He lied on the stand when he was sued for poor mechanic work and lost the case, having to pay the plaintiff in Drkalb county magistrate court. Do not trust him to work on your car unless you want him to not fix it, refuse to refund you, and then tell you to sue him. He was paid $1089 to fix a problem he did not fix and then had to be sued by the owner of the car, where he subsequently told multiple lies on the stand trying to keep d ok getting a judgment against him, which he did.
The young lady who is at the desk during the week is amazing, very sweet! The mother on the other hand is beyond rude, nasty demeanor and she will over charge you beyond what you are quoted in a heart beat. Ask for a diagnostic beforehand and be sure they show you the results or they will just keep "working" on your car. That is not good service. I was in need of an engine and Choice Auto came to the rescue. I received good fast quality services every time I've taken my cars. Again, I appreciate you and the shop getting me back on the road.
TERRIBLE, went in for because there was a burning smell coming from my vents that turned out to be an oil leak. They charged me $600 or so to “fix” it drove off and my car stops on the high way because they forgot to plug something in engine. Even while putting me at risk and admitting fault I was offered no discount. Fast forward a few weeks my check engine light is on and the smell is still there. New to the area and needed a mechanic to check my air conditioning. Staff was very nice. Comfortable waiting area.. Diagnostic fairly priced. Gave quote for repair. No pressure. Will definitely recommend.
