Charlie and his staff are not only honest and kind, they are fast and efficient! As a single mom I could not ask for a better mechanic, things are explained well and you know the work is worth the money and you won't have any blindsided, Thank you Charlie!!!
Got a used car pre-purchase inspection here, Charly seemed thorough but missed that all 4 brake rotors (2 overheated and 2 under spec for thickness) already needed replacement on a 2021 BMW 530ix with only 30k miles on it, which caused the car to wobble while stopping. Now I'm out $1300 to fix the vehicle, and worried that it was driven unusually hard before I bought it. Would avoid this place, at least for PPI.
Charly is honest to a fault. Thorough work and very reasonable price.
One of the most trustworthy mechanics i have dealt with. And he is also very reasonably priced. Update [9/5/2024]: I've visited Charlie twice for my car since the last time, and my trust in him has only increased. I expect to be using Charlie's services for as long as he owns the shop.
Charlie is amazing. Fixed my problem that the others took either too long or didn't fix after charging me. Charlie here got the job done in just a few hours.
