A friend recommended I contact Choice about four years ago because I'd had trouble finding an HVAC company I felt I could trust. I have two units, and the service has been outstanding on both. When a part on one unit was no longer available, they figured out a way to work around the problem and the unit runs beautifully. Recently my other unit had major issues and needed to be replaced. Choice is absolutely the BEST HVAC company in Tucson. They are a family-owned and operated company, and as such, they treat every client as a forever client. They respond quickly, give you options, explain things if you have questions. They are affordable and reliable. We called them yesterday morning (Sunday!) and within an hour our AC was repaired and blowing cold. I challenge any other HVAC company to give that kind of service!
