A few years ago Dr. Choi was once my client and worked with him for a few months. As time progressed, his business refused to pay for all of the work that we have been giving him, in total, adding up to over $4,000. They promised that they would pay us back, but would ignore what I said when I called them, and eventually didn't even return my calls at all, and refused to work to try and pay me back; not even a single penny. Very clean clinic , the staff is great and always accommodating. I love the way my smile is coming along and how fast . Would highly recommend.
We had a great experience with Dr. Choi. The office and waiting area were clean and new and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. My son was very nervous about getting braces but Dr Choi and his staff did an excellent job putting him at ease and explaining the entire process as he went along. I would come back to his office in the future for my other children and highly reccomend them to others.
When I started to search around for Invisalign I met with a two different Orthodontists, Dr. Choi came highly recommended from a friend who had previously went through Choi Orthodontics. The pricing was much better but I felt that he genuinely cared for my smile and wanted it to be perfect. From the last visit when I got the Invisalign removed, the love for what he does shined through.
