I am a Medicare Ins. Agent. A lot of my clients do business with Dr. Choe, several different ones, same clinic. They are all well liked and highly spoken of. When they ask me about health insurance I first ask them about their doctor. We need to find a policy your Dr accepts. I don't see Dr Yung-Hye Choe as accepting United Health. I've lost some clients because of that. They would rather stay with her and pay the difference than switch to a less expensive policy. I don't have any problem with the doctors, but their back office processing and customer service is sadly lacking. In the last two years they failed to file two of my claims in a timely fashion and I was forced to pay the bill for basic wellness visits that were absolutely covered by my employers insurer. They also seem to still be all paper driven and it was a hassle to get my records to my new clinic. Steer clear of this one.
Dr. Choe is genuine and helpful in all aspects of my health. She will schedule me in on an emergency and her staff is always nice and friendly. I have to go in every three months and their ability to work around my schedule is vital.
We have been going to Dr Choe for more than 10 years. She is absolutely the best. Her concern is genuine. Very talented doctor. Staff is awesome. Thanks for all you do Dr Choe!
Both doctors in this office are very experienced and efficient. We've used them for a variety of ailments, from common cold symptoms to knee injuries. We've been very satisfied with the care we've received.
Didn't take me serious doctor was in the room for maybe five minutes had several problems with this doctors office never again
She was very sweet, always smiling!! She listened to me and treated me like a human and not just another number for the day. I've been very pleased with the clinic. Yes the wait times are a little frustrating but all doctors offices have some what of a wait. I don't mind.
