Staff are pretty incompetent, you would think that when the power goes out in an area that someone would be relaying why. That way the office staff would have an answer for the many paying customers who inquire about the issue. IE an email, phone call, text message so on.
Cut my power off for non payment. Called my bank and they confirmed the money was out of the account. Obviously someone at Chelco dropped the ball with handling payments

Very inconvient paying my bill multiple times at Chelco office due to lunch, breaks holidays, ect.payment center down lame .
