FPL needs to take over this monopoly
very rude employees who hung up on us twice, then made us wait three days for a response, only to find out they "couldn't help"
Woke my baby up. Absolutely pounding on my door before 8am. Just telling me they were changing the meter and I would lose power for 10 seconds. They could have sent notification in the mail, or found any other way, that didn’t involve a man with no customer service skills pounding on my door early in the morning.

I submitted a request to have a street light repaired late last night. At 10am I got a motion notification on my home camera, and Chelco was fixing the street light!! So impressed with the fast fix! Thank you!!
