The rule of 10 minutes to be late for an appointment is ridiculous. We have used the clinic for years. My brother is 75 and handicapped (since he was 8). He uses a walker for short distances but needs a wheelchair for any long distance. March 1 he was 12 minutes late for an appointment. He was denied service but rescheduled for a month later. He said the rule, he thought used to be 15 minutes late. He is an elder and handicapped. This should have earned an extra five minutes.
