The whole staff were amazing, caring, professional and knowledgeable. I felt so blessed they were here to help us. We were here from Texas on vacation at our place on Watertower road and my grandson was hurt pretty bad on his dirt bike. It was a huge hole in his arm all the way to almost the bone. It was horrible, but the staff from admitting, nurses and the 2 doctors that took care of Dallas were the best. He is 100% better now and back on his dirt bike. I visited the ER a week ago, and was seen by Dr. Jeff Audibert. I was diagnosed with mild pancreatitis, but was given no discharge instructions, no explanation about the condition, and no warning about medications I should avoid — despite having documented use of Mounjaro for weight loss. I left the ER believing the issue was minor, only to find out later from another physician that this was more serious and I should never have taken Ozempic, which had just been prescribed. Worst experience, I should have dealt with whatever it was on my own or traveled further for help. I had numbness in my face, mouth, arms, stomach and my hands going to stiff. They took my blood and said everything looks good, but you may exhibiting signs of Neuropathy and told me he could refer me to a neurologist, but I'm not choctaw so he won't. That's fine, but his tone was very rude and off-putting. I tried telling him a bit more about what was going on because I felt awful right then and had no idea if I'd pass out. He... read more
