Chocovision is an amazing company. My business have been buying our equipment and having our machines serviced with them for almost 15 years! I still have the first chocolate machine that I ever purchase - a Delta 10 lb. tempering tank. I also have a few of the 3Z melters! The quality and service is outstanding. Chocovision products are great if you spend the time to learn how to use them. John and CO are very responsive to my requests for spare parts and they ship promptly. The reason it's hard to find these temperers used is because no one wants to give them up. When they do, people ask for top dollar, proving that the cost of a new unit is a good investment.
