Great location, horrible landlord. I'm pretty sure they violate multiple laws regarding security deposit and clauses within the lease. I gave my 30 day notice in writing and by phone in June to both Darlene and Charlie. She didn't correspond appropriately with, whether she "wasn't available to talk/listen at the time" wasn't going to "be in the office for a few days" or was "sick for a week". They charged 690 for security deposit which is over the legal limit to begin with. Darene also back dated the list of damages for July... read more
