Very dissapointed. We asked for a dip cone but didn't know that you can't dip waffle cones. Therefore would like to have known that they don't dip waffle cone just the small cones. The sauces were hard. Very bad experience today. I won't be going back there for the price.
Came here on Saturday evening (today). It was not very busy. I find the menu a bit confusing to say the least but I asked for a swirl cone small. The cashier said they only had three flavours so I just decided to go with vanilla. But it wasn’t clear that it wouldn’t be soft serve. The 3 employees by the ice cream counter proceeded to scoop hard ass ice cream out of a tub that tasted like Chapman’s. And it took them 15 minutes to prepare a small vanilla cone.
