I’m absolutely thrilled with my Zanzibar chairs! I purchased 8 of them. The quality is excellent – sturdy, comfortable, and stylish. They exceeded my expectations. The delivery was also seamless. From the very first call when I requested a quote for a custom made tv unit that he provided within 2 hrs to my last delivery on my custom made buffet he has been outstanding providing the ultimate customer care. I ordered a beautiful sideboard. Lior was so efficient and helpful prior to ordering and the delivery was very quick following my order even though there was a wait time. We were looking for a buffet to match some existing furniture and came across something very close at Chocolate Wood. We reached out to Lior and he answered all our questions and organised for a piece to be made to order. There was a bit of a mishap during the delivery phase which resulted in the buffet being damaged, but Lior didn't hesitate to have the piece returned and organised for a replacement - keeping us up to date throughout the whole process.
