I had a gift certificate with $29 left on it and they would not honor it!! That rude man that works there kept telling me it’s for the one in Monroe! I told him it’s NOT, the New Windsor address is on it!!!! He is the rudest person I’ve met in a long time. They did a terrible job and they will never get a dime from me again!!!! Too many other good places to go!!!
The manicure I got was very thick and un even. I wanted french tips and left with italian suggestions. There was gel left on my skin that I scraped off (wish I had pictures). Idk should have gotten better quality for 65 dollars

If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner has a nasty attitude when I pointed out that my nails were all different shapes and sizes , she stated that I still needed to pay for the nails and to never return lol I couldn’t believe it ! The pinky is thin as ever and my pointer finger has a glob of product on it (see photo)… Long story short the nails are ugly and rushed , she has ZERO customer service skills . I wish I had a photo of how bad of a job they do here. Don't come and don't waste your money because you're going to waste your time too when you have to get them redone somewhere else. Believe the reviews. Shut this place down. -1 star
