Best chocolate around! The powdered cocoa is amazing! Lots of flavor and lots of choices.I will never buy name brand chips and baking cocoa's again!
I have taken several of his classes with my daughters and friends- always a fun learning experience and the plus side , you go home with a sizable box of yummy chocolates. I highly recommend
I saw Bill Fredericks at the NW Chocolate Festival (he demonstrated molds) and my hubby and I went to his store. He had the Habanero Almond Toffee and I got the fruit & nut bar. They were both melt-in-your-mouth delicious pieces of heaven. Superb quality and wonderful staff. Love, love, love it!
