Lori was able to book our trip successfully, but was not great with communication. The group had follow-up questions and invoice requests that were either not responded to, or were not responded to in a timely fashion. In addition, a rollaway bed was supposedly requested, which was not received by the hotel. All in all, did she book the trip? Yes. Was she available in the capacity I'd expect from a travel agent? Not really.
Shelly has been amazing in pulling this trip together. We threw a lot of curve balls at her, and she came through for us. Our trip to Punta Cana isn't until January 2024; however, Shelly got it all arranged for us. Thank you so much!!
Never got a call back
If I would've gotten a call back for a vacation I would have loved to try them but ended up going with a sandels vacation was disappointing that I never got a response.
