Chocolate is good. Customer service needs improvement. UPS accidentally delivered my chocolates to wrong address. I reached out to UPS who told me to contact Chocolate. The person who received my package kindly dropped it off to me after a couple days so I let chocolate Uzma know the situation resolved itself and not to worry about contacting UPS. She emailed me being like “well it was your mistake.” What? I was flabbergasted. Love to support small business but like please be nice maybe. I don’t know. Maybe she had a bad day... read more
What can I say? This is my go-to chocolate place for nicer, specialty chocolate treats. The staff has always been very nice as well. Very much recommended.
