These people are a joke. They don't take you or your legal representation seriously. They don't keep proper notes pertaining to your case and are willing to harass you, despite multiple requests to figure out the situation beforehand. Their assumed self-entitlement to your time is absolutely disgusting, especially since they have no desire to hear what you have to say.
