Whole pharmacy full of staff sitting around but no one helps you. Standing in front of them for nearly 10 minutes and no one offers to help me. Pick up was scheduled for Monday and I came on Wednesday and they cannot find my medication apparently no one scheduled it. So now I have to drive home 4 cities away and come back in 3 hours to pick it up.
The O/P pharmacy is located in the CHOC Clinic. The staff are efficient, receptive, and they also validate parking.
Feel bad! I have picked up medicines at the Choc Pharmacy since 2019. I usually go to market later, don’t go home yet. That’s why I ask for ice dry to protect my son’s compound med. Everyone is understanding and nice before. But this afternoon I met a Vietnamese woman who was working there with no name badge. She told me had to buy ice and bring med belong in market. Her attitude is really unpleasant and rude. I intend to find another pharmacy. Thanks!
