They have a new system there the rep took over 15 mins to pass two other people in and we told to reschedule when we were on time. This is so heartbreaking as my child is in current pain. I don't understand these people I don't want to come back ever if this is the hands my child will be in how many mistakes can rep make and she translated arbitration in Spanish incorrectly to another parent and the parent signed off on it. My daughter is under multiple doctors at choc. If i can give them a zero i would. She been on clonidine since 18 months old. The doctor said wean her off. When i weaning her off she been having bad reactions and withdrawal issues. I been trying to page the on call doctor thats how bad it is. At night she flipped out to piint she made me sleep with the lights on she said mama people are hurting me in her head . I was in tears like what the heck to do . Martha , you are a GEM!!! . She is so helpful. So kind . Martha if I could I would definitely hug you . I am so happy with Dr . Doshi and Dr Morchi. I am so blessed to have these amazing Dr's being so helpful with my sons condition. Always available. I will always be grateful . Office staff is very friendly.
The worst office you can visit for your baby's, been waiting for a 2 month to get my newborn daughter checked out, plus they are the worst customer service people they work there, never communicate with people or they will book you appointments without asking you, took them over a month to get a report from the same hospital. I dont recommend this place at all for parents that they need to check their baby's
