If I could give them -10 I would. The person that answer the phone is super rude. It is two years I am trying to schedule a sleep study for my son. First, they told me they called me but I never received this call (I asked also my phone operator to pull the phone tabs) neither they let a message. Never got the results
Bad service. Never come here the front lady is very unprofessional she push a mother and child onto the rain, if she did this she shouldn't be working for Choc.
Staff was amazing! We has difficulty finding the office though. For first timers, enter off LA Veta it's directly behind the Union Bank. Enter that parking lot and you can't miss it once your inside.
