I’ve been trying to contact your office regarding a pediatric pulmonology appointment, but all the phone numbers listed online only connect to automated recordings. There seems to be no way to reach a live person. I tried several numbers from your website and other listings, but every call was answered by a robot voice and did not provide an option to speak with staff.
I made an appointment a month and a half ago and when I get to the appointment they refused to see me. The front desk is unprofessional and told me it wouldn't be covered by my health insurance and when I called my insurance after the appointment they said the office was wrong and they would have covered the visit. I wish I could give this place negative stars.
This is the only Choc department that is well run. We left feeling like our sick child was finally in good hands. The other departments should take notes. Thank You Pulmonary Department!! The Rizk Family
